Surf and Turf burger was amazing!!! Loved the chili sauce on it. Fried shrimp were lightly floured and tasted fresh and great. Service was wonderful and we look forward to coming back before our vacation is over. Can’t wait to try the Blackened Grouper Ruben

Looked for a restaurant that was within walking distance from our condo and we found River City. Glad we walked....there is absolutely zero parking. No wait but our party of 5 was set at a booth...even though there was tables open. When asked about the table..we were told only the booth was avaliable. As we set at our booth hanging on the sides our server Jordan came by after about 20min and with a little small talk she took our drink order and gave us a few moments to look over the menu. We ate a few peanuts that was out on the table took hold us until our food arrived. Shortly after brought our drinks and took our food order and we didnt see our server until the food arrived. We ordered 3 sweet teas Swiss mushroom burger Ruben Bacon cheeseburger Philly cheese burger And a kitchen sink burger All the food was good..the only thing that lacked was the Ruben.. compared to the other entrées it was missing the meat! No one had any other compaints, Good meal and close to home.

Its okay. The food is more expensive and the sides do not come with the meal. The best deal is the 20 dollar meals but if you're not eating that you're out of luck. Also they have just about every kind of burger you can think of but no other options besides burgers.

Went with the Pimento Burger being in S.C. and all.Y'all thank you for the hospitality it means a lot.two doors down not a far walk. be back

This is the river city cafe that is located in the ocean sands resort in North Myrtle Beach. I've eaten here for 3 years and never had any complaints about the service or food. The staff is always friendly, courteous and very pleasant. The last 2 years we've been those customers that show up close to closing time and the staff still welcomes you to place your order. 5 Star all day long.

The food was absolutely delicious. Between our party we had some kind of chicken peach jam sandwich, a nacho crunch burger, a Texas jalapeño burger, sweet potato fries & regular fries. Please ask to try the jellies. Everything was delicious, we scarfed it down before I could think to get a photo.
